About Us

Tradisyon Lakou Lakay, Inc. has been in existence since March 2001. We are a not-for-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, and exempted from federal taxes.  TLL, Inc. launched its first cultural program entitled Winter Fest in 2004. The activities held included dance, drumming, literature and an academic segment. We then held TLL Summer Institute I, our first summer program. Our activities are made possible through Miami -Dade Department of Cultural Affairs Grant Programs.

Currently, the organization is offering two events per year for children and youth. TLL, Inc. Spring Fest is a one-week program during spring break. We are pleased to announce a new added program to better serve the youth and community. Summer Intensive Institute (Sii) is a program funded by Florida Cultural Affairs. The program focuses on self-advocacy for youth while fostering leadership and communication skills through arts education. TLL Sii, a four-week event, was launched summer 2013 at LHCC.

Our organization is funded on the belief that everyone has hidden talents which at times need to be activated and unveiled. TLL, Inc. makes that possible by facilitating children in discovering their hidden talents through its programs.  We are all intelligent individuals and have something to offer to our communities and the world we live in. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from satisfied clients, referrals and good old 'word-of-mouth'.

We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver to you the best services in the art education arena.
